Replacement Policy

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as the Replacement Policy depends on your acceptance and compliance with the rules and conditions mentioned below.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the terms “you”, “your” or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the website by providing registration data on the website.
DEE HOMES (“DEE”) also allows users to surf or purchase without registering on the website.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean DEE HOMES or www.deehomes.in or both.



DEE HOMES Replacement Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has open packaging, we will offer you a replacement in such cases only.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for replacement — but under no circumstances will a refund be provided, except as explicitly stated under this policy.

We assure you that you will receive a better product and service in your replacement process.
Please note that no replacement will be accepted without prior intimation and proof of purchase (receipt).

As per our company policy, 100% replacement will be provided only for major manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period.
However, cash refunds are not permitted once a product is purchased.



How to request a replacement for a defective product?

For your convenience, a replacement form and a replacement label are provided. You can affix the label to your package and send it via BlueDart, FedEx, or insured parcel post.

What if the order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?

If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please email us at orders.deehomes@gmail.com or call +91 97271 78000 within 72 hours of delivery.
(Customer service hours: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

However, DEE HOMES does not provide “benefit of doubt” to customers.
You must be completely sure of your selection at the time of purchase, as replacements will not be provided for change of mind.

If the product is defective, we will fulfill our obligations as per applicable law.
If the product is non-faulty and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be provided.


 

If DEE HOMES approves a replacement within 3 working days from the date of delivery, the customer will have 7 working days to request the replacement.
A replacement number will be issued based on the defect or damage.
Once this number is provided, the customer must send the product back within 7 days for replacement.

DEE HOMES shall not be obligated to provide a refund, store credit, or replacement — and if provided, it will be entirely at the discretion of DEE HOMES, until the defective product is received and inspected.

If a replacement is approved, the customer must properly pack and securely send the product to prevent further damage.
The purchase receipt must be attached with the return parcel.
We recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
Shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Products approved for replacement must be in the same condition as received — unopened and unused.

Once the replaced product is received by DEE HOMES, it will be inspected, and you will be informed about the next steps accordingly.
